I would change the memory to this: Their really is no need for 8500 ram.

Antec nine hundred gaming case
secondary HD Hitachi deskstar 80GB

No cpu cooler yet... ill buy one at a later date and oc ill use stock for moment.

Yes i might scrap to western digital raptor (apparently doesnt really make that much difference).

Any other suggestions for Hds over the raptor anybody?

Seagate 7100.10's are good.

Normally you get a couple with the motherboard, at least I did and any of my mates who have built PCs recently did.

Either of the 7200.10 or Western Digital AAKS as mentioned would be a good choice, the AAKS drives are perhaps marginally faster.

Yeh i heard so apparently.

Well yes i was thinking of getting the GTS but when things like crysis hit i reckon it will struggle whereas the GTX shouldnt. But i know im not going to be playing at huge resolutions so i guess 320MB GTS is still a possibility i dont know!

theyve said the game is adaptive. It will run on a 8800gts easily, it just may not have all the eye candy turned on

apparently videos were filmed on computers running a single GTX, so im unsure.

Lol but im thinking along lines of buy GTS now... apparently runs all games fine... then sell later on like when nvidia bring out next range of cards for Dx10 and upgrade.
