Looks good. The Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD is only a pound more, with 5 year warranty.

500W all you need for that setup, comfortable. 650W for a GPU that may draw more power, in future (assuming they are decent PSUs which deliver that amount on the 12v rail).
