The background image which fades from light blue to darker blue - it doesn't move and doesn't tile, so regadless of your screen rez it always looks the same.
I assume its done with frames - althought it appears they're using ColfFusion (I think?) so I'm not sure if its done through that...
Any ideas? A guy I'm doing a website for wants his background to do the same...Thanks
