How easy is it to overclock: E6750 On An ASUS P5B Motherboard

I would like to go straight to 3.2Ghz, on stock voltages and not needing to do any tweaking with my RAM voltages or dividers if at all possible.

Specs.:

Board ASUS P5B: BIOS 1604

Elixir 2GB (2x1024MB) 240 Pin DDR2-800 PC2-6400 RAM being used.

PSI 550Watt PSU.

GFX 7300LE 128mb.

To get to 3.2ghz on stock volts you would need to change your fsb to 400 i beleive.

My p5b deluxe wont boot at 400 but 401 is ok - something to do with the fsb straps im told.

Im using a 6750 but im on a gigabyte P35 DS4. I can safely say if its similar to mine itll very easily get 3.2 I'm on 3.7 2/4 stable.
