would recommend a re install tbh.

but if you wanted to do it while its on the nforce4 mobo uninstall the chipset drivers, then install the new ones when on the abit.

for the most part it shouldnt be an issue at all. i have built entire systems around old hard drives in the past with no issues. though its always a good idea to nuke it all and start from scratch eventually.

id reccomend a reinstall aswell or u could get random bsod's but if your in any sort of raid u will have to start again no matter what u do
