How far can I overclock & How ?

Hi Guys,

First the info:

Mainboard: Asrock K7VT4A Pro (Bios 1.50 )
CPU: AMD XP3000+ (Barton 333Mhz, Multi unlocked )
RAM: 1x 512mb Twinmos PC 3200, 200Mhz (2.5-3-3-8 )
G/Card: ATI Sapphire 9600 pro 256mb AGP
Cooling: Full watercooled (naturally )

OK, that should do for now.

My question is: what is the maximum overclock I can get with this setup ?, and could someone maybe explain how I can do this ?

The Barton 3000's don't overclock well at all. Better to upgrade.

well, thanks for the "Support" i think i can deceide for myself if i need to upgrade.

Well I tried myself, I changed the multi from x13.0 to x12.0 and upped the Vcore by 10%, then Changed the FSB from 166mhz to 202mhz

Result=

Clock speed = 2428 mhz
FSB = 202

hmm, seems not to bad that, oh, stabil as hell, full load 37°
