How far can I still push my E8400?

Seen people getting 4.5Ghz, would that be realistic? Or should I be ok for a while yet at 4Ghz?

Hi, idle im about 29c, full load is about 64c(from when I last run prime)

As for cooling its a Noctua NH-U12P
