How far is too far when playing a prank on someone?

I don't mind as long as there's no property damage and nobody gets hurt.

Unfortunately a colleague wasn't so bright and covered my brand new company car in 20+ A4 sized fault return stickers ... which turned out to be impossible to remove. I stormed off telling him to sort it out or HR will, hour later found him busy with a BRILLOW PAD .. car absolutely ruined.

A friend of mine was pranked by another friend in revenge he got his hands on his bottle of shampoo, (we were living in barrack blocks at the time), emptied out half of it and replaced it with imac hair remover.

Even after extensive medical tests he never did work out why he was loosing his hair......
