as above guys, due to the impending arrival of another Octy bus taxi (changed my mind and decided to get is now rather than end of the year) i'm sick of the sight of dervy Vag derived sensible cars. Although i've also got a wee project bmw thats going to be at least 6-12 months till completed. What i need is a fast fun car for 1500 quid.
Top of the list so far is a XR2(mk2) turbo conversion or a 2l 16v nova/corsa
anyone care to offer me some ideas, handling would be nice and conversions welcome as long as I could realistically get one for 1500 pounds.
Insurance isn't an issue(fleet policy)
fuel economy isn't an issue(its a weekend track/strip/Backroad toy)
reliability is also not top of the list although i dont want a shed that breaks all the time or something needing work.
