How fast fans ?

Built a computer last weekend, and just wanted to know how fast should the fans be Turning ?

I have just a standard bitfenix fan and a h90 cpu cooler ?

What setting should I put them to in the bios ?

If its standard fan and you can not control its speed, have you checked to see if you can control the speed throught the software you got with the mobo?

I can control my standard fans through Asus Suite 3, check your mobo manual under fans.

I was in the bios last night and I was Turning one of the fans up and down, because it was getting louder when Turning it up.
