how fast is my RAM?

I bought what I thought was 1066 DDR2 from a member on the MM but when I went to CPUz it's showing the speed as 400???

is this right or how do I check what speed the RAM is that I have?

took them out and had a look but not easy to see, where exactly on it should the speed timings be?

where in the BIOS is the RAM speed at? I've got the same mobo as you but I can't find it in the BIOS?
