as the devs say due to the sjw movement overreacting to video games most of them aren't even gamers, they were forced to self censor themselves by not releasing a game.

Considering this is a game that includes PS4 exclusive sexy bikini malfunctions and tan lines and a collectors edition with a waterproof poster, I can't find any "SJW overreactions" before Koei Tecmo blamed it on them a few days back. Almost like they weren't forced at all.

tbf most sjw and feminists live in USA so if a game comes out or gets announced in japan they either don't care or don't know about hence their "outrage" formed or started when playasia announced on tweeter they will be importing the game to the west.

I don't see any SJW outrage to Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 in your links. Did you misunderstand the question? Or did you get distracted by an article that thinks "An unverified comment on the KotakuInAction subreddit from someone who alleges he was at the taping of the show" counts as quality journalism to prove whatever point you're trying to make?

a) English is not the only language in the world
b) localisation is also about changing cultural references / content and sometimes actual censorship. Not the pretend one that you keep going on about.

To be fair, I do think this games portrayl of its female characters is ridiculous.

It is a problem in the videogame industry, and oddly enough it seems to be Japan who isn't progressive enough to even understand this, let alone address it.

you can say the same about the west in terms violent and graphic games but niether is a problem as video games should be diverse form of entertainment.

I wonder if the game would sell just as well if it were digital depictions of ugly obese women? Funnily enough I think it would but for different reasons such as comedy value but then I guess Weightwatchers or Greenpeace or whatever would start campaigning.

Either way it's funny and quite sad how people actually give a **** about this kind of stuff. If these 'rights' groups had their way against the depiction of females, violence, guns, gore, swearing blah blah blah, almost all games would not exist and we'd all be playing Farm Simulator.
