a few of our work monitors [21" Dell] are showing fuzziness, lines and brightness issues, none of which can be cured by swapping cables/deguassing/reseting etc, they are all over 3 years old and I was wondering if there is an industry directive along the lines of "they need to replaced every x years" or words to that effect.
I've been using my laptop recently and when I go back to my desktop I really notice how poor the crt is in comparison
just need a liitle more suitable info to convince the company banker to budget for some new ones
