How good are ocuk at rmaing stuff?

In what way? Fast turnarounds? I have had to have 3 separate RMAs in the past few weeks. GFX card I had to pay to send back which cost me almost a tenner but they picked up the OC'd bundle and paid for collection.

GFX was turned around quickly and a replacement sent out. Bundles took more diagnostics and testing so no it wasn't quick.

They used to be terrible , however i believe things have changed for the better , you should be ok

I have recently sent back 2 faulty cards and I must say the process is the best I have come accross.. Hassle free and very very fast.

I RMD'd a faulty Western Digital Green which was dead on arrival. It took about 4 days to get it replaced. Which I say is pretty good considering it took royal mail 2 days to get it to OcUK.

Never had any issue with RMA's with OcUK, it's usually the Manufacturer's who are slow if the item is over 28 days old the item usually gets sent to them.

Only problem I had was some G.Skill DDR 1 Ram which took about 6 weeks but this was down to G.Skill not OcUK also G.Skill now have a Europe RMA base in Holland.

Never had a problem myself RMAing with OCUK. Sent a mobo back yesterday, been refunded within 24 hours, it was unopened and unused so that may have speeded things up.

They are usually pretty good.
Ive only had one return rejected because of 'damage in transit'. Other than that they are normally pretty sharpish though their communications could be improved.

Yes, I tend to agree. I have had pretty good service and things have always been dealt with well. Communications are the weakness that I sometimes find. Other than that, buy with confidence!

Spot-on, not had to RMA much but what I did was handled swiflty, with no problems, 100% satisfied OcUK customer.
