I want to use the image in the above link but I dont want to pay $70 dollars for it (I do need a faily high res version)

Can anyone here draw a pretty similar version ?
I am useless when it comes to creative design

Hmm, looks fairly straightforward. I'd charge substantially more than $70 for a one-off bespoke though. You may be better off trying the crowd-sourcing route, they seem happy to work for next to nothing.

As above. I'd be looking for more than $70 to make something better.

You are best checking out some more stock image sites. e.g. istock, fotolia, shutterstock etc.
