Connecting to a tv and using it as a HTPC like thing as you will?? 
i have a 500gb external HDD with well over 300gb worth of movies(over 400 movies and have a lot of music on it aswell) which i connect to my lcd via its usb ports it has and i was going to buy like a 1TB(possibly usb powered) and add more movies, but that idea went down the drain when i gave up on the movie collecting, however i still want something more suitable for connecting to my tv(via HDMI if the option) to act as a HTPC type thing with internet just incase i start up again and after browsing this site looking for the missus, i came across this Zotac and thought the size of it and the spec of it was perfect for what i want..
add good Ram and as big a HDD as i want/require and connect everything up via HDMI, just never heard of them, so know nothing about them.
so unless i put the idea across to someone for a present at some stage, i might very well treat myself
