It's an ok PSU as far as I know, it depends how much you are getting it for though, if it is say ~£40 then go for it otherwise I'd be having a look at other options because I think there are better PSUs around when you start reaching £50-60

Someones offering me the above psu and a black cooler master praetorian for £85 plus del... not sure if its any good?

My system consists of a64 3000+, 1 gig ram, pci-e x800gto2, 250gig sata hdd, dvd-rw, and quite a few usb devices (joystick, mouse, keyboard, bluetooth adaptor, lit mouse pad, usb pen drive, webcam, printer)

If you want the Praetorian then it sounds like a good enough deal, the Tagan is probably a better PSU overall but either is more than capable of powering the system you have listed.
