How good will the Gigabyte DS3 be for Overclocking a 805??

As above really I killed my old board and am looking to replace it with a Gigabyte DS3, only problem is I fear I may be left in the same position I was in, with the ECS board and not be able to really overclock the processor.

Has anyone got one working with this board?

Ive not got a DS3 myself, but there are many thread over at xtreme systems that suggest the DS3 is an immense overclocker, and you should easily be able to overclock a fair way from what i have read.
