How have I lost my iPhone apps and how do I get them back?

Ok, in short, I have an Iphone 3G, I have some apps, I paid for some and some were free.

The iPhone I have was on 3.1 as it was swapped out by apple but I wanted 3.0.1 so I could jailbreak for sbprefs and other bits.

I needed to uninstall itune 9 and go to 8.2 for this so I did last night after deathoriSing the pc just in case.

Downgraded, jailbroke, logged into itunes then synced... all apps gone.

So I checked my account in itunes and the transactions are all there, shows all my apps... nothing in itunes under apps for me to sync, they just ain't there.. tried downloading another app to see if that kicked it off and that app syncs but no others are there...

Upgraded itunes to 9 and my iphone back to 3.1 just in case... nothing...

Can I get my paid for apps back? Its not a massive deal but I paid money for them so I want what I paid for!

You can just download them again, you won't be charged and they'll all show in your history in the iTunes account in case you can't remember what they all were.

However, as you know we're not allowed to discuss jailbreaking here and as your thread covers what you've done regarding jailbreaking in some detail, I'm going to close it.
