Just finished my new build:D, start testing tomorrow. I am just wondering is my cpu getting hot at all? Im getting 22C/72F, is that hot? its been a while you see, thanks for any help.

I'm no expert but I'm gonna say thats pretty good, my Q6600 is at 44-48C and all im doing is web browsing :P
 
If you want to test what the top temperatures of your setup are download OCCT, run the test and take the temps after 20 mins. Should give you a good idea of the top load temps you are getting.

Those are great temps. Probably a much cooler idle than the average person on here has.
 
Looks quite cool, what software are you using to monitor temps, also like above mentioned run at full load.
Max temps would be 70c ~
 
Ah the heck with full load. If your temps are correct, and I believe they are (mine idles around the same with no OC) then there's no way a full load is going to overheat your cpu, IMHO.
 
True, but i'd still want to monitor them in intervals of time (paste settling it, dust in the system etc), but yes your right, the chances of it overheating should those temperatures be correct, is highly unlikely. :)
