How I upload Windows 8 from usb stick to new PC?

Buying computer components, without an OS for now, but would like to try out the windows 8 preview until I can get Windows 7.

When I turn on my PC for the first time, WITHOUT an OS, what would I do, as
I've downloaded Windows 8 preview as an ISO file, but how would I upload it as a USB from there?

Will I need a Windows 7 USB Tool?

Need program for making bootable usb using a pc that already has windows on.

So I need to get a program, which? to make my usb readable when I start my PC or something, and just out of curiosity would I be formatting that USB so I lose everything else?

Windows 7 usb/dvd download tool. Also works in vista. I think it does format the usb during the process so move everything off the usb first to somewhere safe.
