How is the SAPPHIRE return process?

I am considering to buy a SAPPHIRE Fury X however I noticed they dont have a repair center in the UK, it seems the only option is to send it back to the far east.

Has anyone done this before and how was the service? Who is going to pay for the delivery charges?
 
It's good, but slow. Normally you pay and they refund you if proven faulty, but it depends on the company, not sure about them.

You're looking at at least 4 weeks.
 
Had a Sapphire years back that failed into it's second year and turnaround was less than a week.

Depends where it's purchased from and whether they are authorised to replace/refund during the entirety of the warranty.
 
It would be nice if we just had factual information on manufacturers return processes. So many myths and no actual reference of information that can't be refuted
