How is this build?

The bundle isn't overclocked it's just a collection of parts.

You save about £3 by buying the bundle instead of the parts individually.

The bundle already comes with 4GB of RAM so you can remove the Corsair from your list.

The graphics card is only that price until the last 3, as of now, have been sold.

The graphics cards at that price have all gone now. Back up to £124.99.

those Phenom 840s are basically renamed athlons seeing as they don't have any l3 cache. if you can afford it, go for a AMD Phenom II X4 955BE.
