I love the way the images slide in and out of view. Click one of the pointing hands at the bottom of an image:

It's a simple carousel, you can knock them up in prototype/jquery in minutes.

All that nice design work (albeit with a garish backdrop), even spent the time to create their name in ASCII art in the source code... and they have a broken link to the contact page in the opening blurb.
