hi i had to tell you guys about the customer serice i had from logitech,i got g700 wireless mouse a few weeks ago,i opened up the box on the floor and started to install the drivers, but when i bent down to get the small wireless reciever off the floor i couldnt find it,my bloody dog eat it,couldnt belive it ,£70 down the drain well i thought so,i phoned up logitech who said there was none of these recivers in europe and they were sorry but told me to pick anything from there shop for half price,so i bought myself the g930 wireles headset for £75 down from £150 so i was well chuffed,a few weeks later i tried them again to see when they would have the recivers back in stock,i was told they did not know and that they were sorry again, and because im a loyal customer they will ship me a brand new g700 free of gharge, how is that for sevice, this why i have 5 logitech products

I have heard a lot about their customer service and will continue to buy from them as and when required, it is actually refreshing to see companies do such good service in this day and age.

I really hope Logitech continues to thrive and do well. Am about to get a new mouse and headset, and although my heart wants to get some other stuff, my brain tells me to stick with Logitech. Perhaps I do not get that cutesy mouse or perhaps I end up paying a little more for my headset, but I do think it is important to support the people who actually provide excellent customer service.

In a world where this is definitely not the case, they are really standing out.
