How is this not prostitution?

If she/he did it thought ebay and the winner didnt like the lay he could just say to paypal not what i ordered and get his money back haha.

Edit- or faulty goods i.e not virgin haha.

Soliciting and paying for sex, mor recently iirc, is what is illegal.

Forgive me as I havent read the previous five pages.

Is paying for sex and buying a virginity are considered two different things? even though technically they are the same. Is that how she gets round this?

no, paying for sex isn't illegal afaik, though funnily enough soliciting is, at least here. Not sure what its like in the states, but lets be honest, this isn't some forced sex slave eastern european captured and snuck into the country.

As victimless a crime as their can be frankly. More than anything you can't prove she intends to go through with it, nor can they logistically follow her around until it happens to capture the proof as it's been ongoing for months. I saw a bit of the Stern show with her on, and that was 1, maybe 2 months ago.

Theres better things for the police to spend their time on, now trading standards might want to get involved, check she's a virgin and allow the winner to get his money back if they find out it was falsely advertised.

thing is matey who wins will probably get his money back when she flops her nob out and he hasnt got what was promised in the tech spec.

Trade descriptions act would have to back him up :D

I was laughing about this at work today and one of my coworkers made a comment that made me laugh: Would he get Nectar points with his £2.6M?

The thought of it is ridiculous, the fact that someone has bid 2.6m is stupidity... I weep for the world.
