How is "This Week Only" choice selected?

Been waiting to see if the Geil Black Dragon memory comes around again for "This Week Only", but wondered how OcUK decides what goes in the list each week. Based on how many clicks an item gets, or just a random pick?

It's probably defined by how cheaply their suppliers will allow a bulk lot to go for that week...
