Indeed, this case has probably opened a right can of worms!
 
Safe sex check list
1. Contraception
2. Get the lawyers in to confirm consent
3. Get confirmation of the gender you wish to sleep with ( both a GP and psychologist would be usefull here)
4. Make sure you remember how to do the full Tony Williams Experience

It might just be me being prudish but Id put number 3 at the top of that list.
