Had a crack with this mouse on BF3 today. very similar performance wise to my mamba 2012 but with much less resistance on the gliders.

it was quite small for my grip style but it didnt stop me coming 1st by a country mile in gun master ;)
 
Was thinking about this mouse as a modern higher-dpi alternative to the MX518.

Does this have a Philips sensor?
 
I don't understand why they add more DPI. They seem to think more DPI = better.

I have the new deathadder yet I only run it at 400 dpi.

Roccat Isku Illuminated Gaming Keyboard,i bought one of this,wich mouse would you recommend for me?do i need to get roccat one or i can buy diffrent one to get benefit of keyboard and mouse?compatible, all the features of the keyboard
 
I run my mouse at 4000DPI all the time (its max) I cant imagine anything lower. its also VERY funny watching people trying to use my PC.

Haha i know the feeling! tehy are trying to move the mouse a few pixels to the left and it's already 3000 pixels too far at the opposite side of the screen before they know it :P
