I use FF4, it unlike chrome have a default max cache size of 1GB which can obviously be edited in about:config. Chrome (iirc) has no limit and frequently hits 2-4GB however after returning to several google map pages I must have spent an hour caching previously I'm beginning to think 1GB is rather low these days.

I'm curious as to what other people think, or have, their browser caches at. Fast lines = a lot of images, street view/maps in particular, and drive space isn't really an issue these days. What size would you bump your cache up to if you weren't using chrome? :D

0 MB Disk Cache
150MB RAM Cache (for use on that session only)

Have no need for any caching on a 20Mbit connection, I commit nothing to disk other than e-mail.

To be honest I don't see the point of a disk cache on a fast broadband connection really. It will be configured out of the box to a relatively modest size (so it's not like it's saving you GBs of transfer) and the disk latency times and potential issues associated with ongoing performance does not seem worth the tiny improvement in page loading.

My Opera runs much better, more consistently with 0 disk cache.
