How Likely Is An IPS Swift ?

To me the word Swift implies fast in everything not just refresh rate but also response time i.e it's 1Ms.

How likely would Asus be to bring out an IPS version as I know the Freesync version has a 4Ms response time and doesn't scream "Swift" to me personally and has anyone heard any rumours about a possible IPS version ?

I have no idea of exact release date but they said they were fine tuning response times before release.

Yeah I saw that a while ago but I mean a Swift version i.e 1440P 144Hz etc...

Don't you mean the Acer XB270HU, which already exists? Great monitor by all accounts (if you can look past the hideous shiny piano black base)... and it won't be the first of its kind.

Nope and I don't like Acer I have had lots of bad experiences with them in the past not forgetting to mention build quality isn't up to the standards of companies like Asus from my experience, Piano finish just looks cheap and the bezels are way bigger than the Swifts.
