How long are 5080 PCBs?!

Interested in a 5080 as the venerable 3080 tbf is still putting up a fight but struggling against vram limitations yesterday on trying Doom dark ages at 3440*1440 144hz.
Def can't run path tracing was a total slide show!
I am custom water-cooled and I have an EVGA ftw3.
Whenever you search the PCB length I think is incorrectly listed as 300-304 mm which I think is including the HSF.

All pics I've seen of blocks whether mounted or not, show a far more compact PCB than what I currently have, the ek vector 3080 block, which clears my res by 3-4mm!

Specifically I have access to Zotac Solid OC or Solid Core OC (also others but for intended use and price point/availability Zotac will do).

Anyone confirm average PCB length of rtx 5080 please?

Wouldnt it be easier just to check the dimensions of the specific card and water block you are interested in? (rather than the average PCB length). Most seem to encase the whole PCB nowadays.

5080 series has not been a great generation for waterblock availability, I'm still waiting for an end port block to be made for mine so you want to check whether the availablilty is there too.
 
I have a Zotac RTX5080 Solid Core OC and a ruler. When I have 10 minutes to spare I can do a thing but as has been said, if you look at the dimensions of a full coverage block it'll answer your question.

235,6mm, whereas the EVGA 3080 blocks I've found are all around 274mm, so you should be fine. RTX40 and 50 series boards are tiny compared to 30 series.
 
Thanks guys, I sort of realised last night to look at the water block dimensions haha.

I usually test the cards with the HSF first in case doa and then the manu can't accuse blocking the card up as being cause of a failure.

However the solid oc Zotac is an absolute unit and too long, it will hit my res.

The solid core will clear res with its HSF on but even though less thick than the solic oc it will probably interfere with the res I left and outlet ports.

So I will probably have to block up a card from get go.

My understanding is the solid oc has 111% power limit but the smaller solid core OC is 105%. But that with the 5080s this power limit doesn't tend to limit overclocking headroom which tends to be excellent.

Weirdly I can get the solid oc a little cheaper here (NZ) than the solid core OC!

It may have slightly better resale value too. Thinking?!
