How long before headsets with built in graphics cards?

I hate the idea if wires everywhere.... love my Samsung vr as phone simply attaches, but low res

Maybe Nvidia can make a powerful enough chip?

No idea what it'll be like and not heard much about it considering their supposed 'Spring 2016' date. But it's meant to be an all in one self contained solution.

I imagine you would have trouble supplying power to a chip capable of driving the kind of experience provided by the occulus rift and htc Vive. That would be one hell of a heavy battery on your head! I think it'll be a while before we get wireless VR that matches the performance of wired.
