Howdy. My w800i has been progressively getting worse to the point where I can no longer attach it to a PC for file swapping, and I have to physically hold the charger in place in order for the phone to charge. As well as that it currupts the memory card so badly my PCs card reader won't find it. (although I've found a bluetooth work around to enable it to be readable again!) I bought it online from o2 so have asked at an o2 shop and they said as it was only 5 months old they would send it of for repairs.
Does anyone know how long this usually takes? Are we talking days/weeks? Do they still repair things or is it more likely they will just replace it with a new model?
