HOw long do SKY (tv) take to upgrade?

HI, ive got the basic family pack at home and want to upgrade to sky sports, does anyone know how long it takes before I can watch sky sports channels?

Parents pay for it and last time I rang regarding our package they would only speak to them

It updates with the satellite every 3/4 hrs so im guessing you should have your sky sports by now.

about 45 min max, Prob around 10 min after you put the phone down.
