How long do you spend on a game?

Between Civ2, Simcity 2000/3/4 and RCT I must have wasted away 2000++ hours! Well before wife/kids 6 hours a night was easy so soon adds up

I think im about the worse for completing games. Have not completed zelda on the wii yet but im up to Gannon so im not that far away. I just tend to buy too many games for me to keep up with.

Currently playing Bioshock as i managed to get it for £5 and im most probably going to be playing this until i complete it. Hate completing games unless i have put lots of effort into it and its taken me quite a lot of time.

Main reason i bought my 360 was for the downloadable content and i know that games would keep me coming back, Halo 3 took me 2 weeks to complete on legendary so that was the last game to get me hooked.

However Smash Bros Brawl came today after getting another (previous is lost in the postal system). so i have been switching between this and bioshock.

After this GTA4, im near the end (i think) just caught up with this fella i have been after since the start.

Forza 2 - 30 Hours +
Cod4 - 7/8 hours on singleplayer 20+ on Multiplayer
Crysis - 9/10 Hours
 
Over 100 hours on all the final fantasy games and Metal gear series, makes you realise how bad value most other games are in comparison.
 
recently

30+ hours on gta4 - which i have yet to complete and just cant motivate myself to go back to

a week of multiplayer on COD4 before i sold it

3 hours of rainbow six vegas 1 a night for 6 months+

50 hours+ of tf2 on my pc
years of cs:s

kind of makes it looks a bit silly when games like assassins creed cost the same but yet i complete it and drop it after 6 hours
