How long does a quote normally take??

I rang the sales department today at 3p.m looking to get a price on a full system build. I was expecting to get it right away, but was told to email on my list of parts and I'd be contacted. Still no word, and now they're closed. Anyone with experience in this? Does it take a few days to set up a price??

Wait until tomorrow, then if have heard nothing, just contact the sales department or drop a note in CS.

Well, I was talking to Mark Carter on Friday, apartently he doesn't work Sat or monday, when I called yesterday I got onto Ashley Bourne and he said he'd take over but he must have had other work to do because I haven't heard from him! I thought that they would only be too eager to get my sale done as I am spending £1200 ex V.A.T. And now a few of the prices of stuff in my basket have gone up overnight! Awwww :/
