How long does DVLA take?

Moved address sent off Log book couple of weeks back, still not recieved it but ironically received my licence 2 days after I sent it.......funny that!

Anyone know how long it takes, because I am thinking of charging them an admin fee like they do if you dont pay a speeding find in 14 days is it not for being so slack?

Sent one off just after Xmas, got it back last week

im having a similiar issue. i just moved house and so had to give them my new address (sent off the log book and drivers license separately). within 2 weeks i had the logbook back... yay! the 3rd week has now gone and i still dont have my license back... booo!!!

I recieved the V5 for my Shuv this morning....

DVLA are a joke. It took them three months to send me a replacement liscense. I got in touch with my solicitor and got compensation.

Sent my V5 form off last friday got it back today.

It took me less than a week in both cases to recieve a logbook replacement as well as an address change. They have been very quick this January
