How long does it take OCUK to test RAM?

I sent off my faulty RAM (errors in memtest) to OCUK and it has already been received. How long does it usually take them to test the RAM? I included screenshots of the errors in memtest to prove it.

That would depend on staff levels and how busy they are, especially at this time of year.
