How long does it take you to drink a pint?

Decided to half keep an eye on the clock..whilst chatting on MSN and Facebook etc, i consumed a pint of Strongbow in 30 minutes casually...how long does it take you? Fastest you've downed a pint? How many can you handle?

And other pint related facts and stories.

Yer norm for me is about 20-30mins. Dont like downing pints.

I can usually handle about 8 or 9 pints (bitter) before I'm feeling I've had enough. If it was lager, ½ a pint and I'd be sick.

As for speed, think quickest is about 30seconds, I don't really see the enjoyment of throwing it down your throat, normally a pint will last me about 30mins.

lager about 30mins ,Guinness about 15 mins ! I have never injoyed rushing a pint ,I would rather leave it !

first pint is usually about 5-6mins

2nd pint is usually 7-8 mins

3rd pint is usually 15mins

4th pint is usually 15mins

5th pint is usually 15mins

after that a 6th pint i will struggle, so i go onto shorts!

I drink about 8 pints before I'm drunk but I prefer to drink my beer (preferably bitter) in my own time and enjoy it, so a pint lasts about 20 mins and if i'm necking it probs 10 secs.

Usually around half an hour per pint.
The first one or two may be a little quicker than that though depending on what sort of day I've had

Quickest I've done for a reasonable amount was probably 6 pints in about an hour while at uni.
I didn't get much past 6 from what I remember!

my mate can do that ,down a pint a few seconds ,you don't swallow

Aroung 5 minutes per pint if I'm really thirst and then about 20-30 minutes thereafter.

My mate is an absolute beast when it comes to necking pints, we timed him at 3.6 seconds for a pint and he can down a 2l bottle of drink in 15 seconds with a straw in the bottle. I know whos liver I'd rather have.

Normal time for me would be around 15-25mins, sipping steadily. I have never downed a pint (of alchohol) and probably never will.

Not really sure what quickest ever would be as I don't really see the point in that - and if I thought I would need to leave shortly, I wouldn't buy the pint in the first place. But to polish off say 3/4 of a pint in a hurry takes maybe 30s at a guess, 2-3 long draws.
