I think mine has got slower...takes around 14 seconds and that's when i press a button to skip past the two hands joining together in that animation...it says i have around 40mb left on the internal memory, however i am using a memory card (2Gb) and it says i have 1300mb left...so perhaps it's because i'm using a lot of memory?
