how long does rma take

just curios ive been waiting for a week, is it meant to take this long? the only update i recieved is that they recieved it, and it the outcome field it says N/A.

depends which manufacturer it is really, RMA'd my Antec PSU and got a new one in about 5 days. Have known other RMA's that have taken a lot longer though.

who are you RMAing to, if its OCUK, i suggest webnote them, for anyone else contact them via e-mail or any other method to find out.
