How long does the RMA process take?

Hi,
Firstly I have sent Webnotes but not had a reply for a couple of days.
How long should it take. I sent the motherboard yesterday Special Delivery so they should get it today. Can someone answer this quick question please.

You cant ask shop questions here so dont be suprised to see this thread closed, but usual RMA turnaround is 7days

They've been pretty good with me and WebNotes. Maybe they're too busy sorting out your RMA to reply?

They normally say it's 48 hours to test from the time they receive your board, then you have RMA which depends on stock levels and the manufacturer. I'd wait at least a week before pestering them about the status.

it can depend on stocks, testing times and whether the product needs to be sent back to the manufacturer first etc. If you want updates on your RMA though, you need to contact the shop directly please
