How long for a reply off the mods...

I sent a message via the Contact Us link on sunday, haven't had a reply yet, it was a message that requires a reply, not just a comment...do the mods get a lot of messages, should I have received a reply by now, should I send another message in case the first wasn't received, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but I don't want to spam the mods with messages, thanks!
