how long fornamd ticket number ?

Hi

Does anyone know how long it takes to get a ticket number from amd after a rma request.

I got an email straight away when I sent the request, it said a email containing ticket number. Ext will follow.

This was 2.days ago and I still Havnt received anything yet.
