How long have I got?

I ate 3 rounds of bread like this before I realised they were all moldy when biting into the 4th.
Would I be advised to vomit or just suck it up and hope I make it through the night?

For some reason I don't get drunk on it, 7 pints of Guinness no problem, 5 bottles of Dog and I need an ambulance.
I also very rarely drink, about once every three months.
