How long should you give before you complain

i have a nebula digitv usb free to view reciever and have lost my licence key to use the digi-hd tv software and it says my bda dirver key is not valid even though i got a liftime licnece on both and paid extra for that , i have emailed there company ( nebula ) who i purchase the licence from to see if they can help and they have not reply'd back and its been nearly two weeks and 3 emails later

Get all your receipts at hand ready and give them a ring I would.
