Turing already has DisplayPort 1.4, DSC 1.2 and also VRR support.
I was just on wccftech site and noticed something very interesting.

Alienware 55 inch 4K@120Hz OLED gaming monitor due to launch in H2 2019 will have DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.1, HDR and VRR support. So I am sure Turing will have HDMI firmware update to upgrade from HDMI 2.0b to HDMI 2.1 probably after completed HDMI 2.1 Compliance Test.
