How long till we see speed binned BW-E?

Is this something that is going to take a while, or have you guys been plugging away behind the scenes for a while with these chips?

Also keen to know if we will see speed binned Broadwell E. About to purchase one for my new build later this month and would be willing to pay more (within reason) to avoid the silicon lottery. If so, will we only see speed binning on the flagship 6950X or on the 6900K too?

I did some 6900k and 6950x binning this week. All the chips are already sold in systems. Outstanding chips Re few and far between it seems.
