how long to get an RMA?

As title, post webform late last night, still nothing yet?

wondered how long, as my machine ir 'ramless'

Why not pick up the phone, and ask them? Or is that too much like hard work?

My RMA took about 3-4 days, that included sending my HSF back, getting it checked and ocuk despatching a replacement.

lol basmic, when you have and engaged tone most of the time its usually quicker to webnote

I did an RMA over the phone, took 3-4 days including sending back.

As this is loosly an RMA enquiry i'm afraid i'll have to close it.

But as mentioned if need be give them a ring, otherwise i'd expect them to get back in regards to your webnote by the end of the day (check the email address you entered in it etc - and check any junk/spam folders in case the reply has been eaten).
